Shipping

All in stock items ship within 2-3 business days. Items that weigh under 1 lb ship USPS First Class and items over 1 lb ship Priority Mail.

Made to order ceramics are processed within about 6-8 weeks. Delays may occur due to the sometimes unpredictable process of firing ceramics.

Art prints are printed on demand and are processed within 5-7 business days and ship via USPS First Class mail.

For international orders, buyers are responsible for shipping and any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, returns and exchanges can be made by contacting me directly within 14 days of purchase. Items must be shipped back within 30 days of purchase.

Buyers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Because of the nature of some items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Custom or personalized orders

• Seconds items or other sale items

• Large format prints (16x20, 18x24, 24x30, 30x40)

• Digital downloads

Order cancellations are not accepted, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
